Additional information about the Contract Notice, 15.3) Technical capacity
Could you please confirm that service contracts aiming at capacity building and institutional strengthening of the oversight actors in the security sector such as: Parliament and Special Committees, Inspectors, Audit Institutions, Member of Judiciary, Ombudsmen, Civil Society Institutions and Media, and implemented during the reference period (the last three years), would be considered eligible?
