Information on framework agreement
Please let us know, if a total price exceeding of the contract value (900 000 EUR) or a reduction of the number of man days is still in line with the tender regulations.

The amount of 900 000 EUR is only an estimation made by the European Court of Auditors for the services covered by the contract in question for 4 years. The total price offered by tenderers might be higher or lower. The tenderers are not allowed to modify (reduce or increase) the estimated number of hours in Annex 3 Form 10 Column E.
