Is the provision of a signed Legal Entity form also required for identified subcontractors?

Subcontractors that are identified in the tender must provide a letter of intent signed by an authorised representative stating their willingness to provide the services presented in the tender and in line with the present tender specifications, as stated on page 7 of the tender specifications.
