Please confirm that the assurance of setting up the Support Facility in Brussels according to all relevant specificions is sufficient, and that no signed lease or the like is required.

Within one month from the entry into force of the Contract at the latest, the contractor must set-up an office in Brussels, as established on page 21 of the tender specifications.
