On page 5. Annex I, there is an indication that as part of the technical proposal the tenderer shall present a proposal of the summary of the costs related to the conferences in general (required in the point II.3.2 Selection of suppliers – sub-points 2.2. and 2.3); If you mean II. tech. description of the Annex II ToR, 3.2.2. Services of a value between EUR 15 000 and EUR 60 000 and 3.2.3 Services of a value between EUR 60 000 and the Directive threshold, is a general offer for two types of events shall be described? Do you need offer for events in and out of EU to be described? Shall be names of hotels mentioned?

The proposal of the summary of costs should be submitted for procedures described in Terms of reference, points 3.2.2 and 3.2.3. How this summary is proposed depends on the tenderer's approach. The summary can be empty table without indicating prices and names of the hotels.
