Technical requirements for ESMA computers
“The technical requirements for e-learning of ESMA are” Does the technical requirements listed at point 2.3.4 include all the technical specifications? What are the requirements from ESMA’s computers, so the contractors can achieve the goals, for example screen resolution?

There is no special requirements for users' computers as they may come from any European National Competent Authority. As a general rule, users will have standard office computers.
