Sub-contractor nationality
Can you please clarify if sub-contractors for this work are required to be EU citizens, or if non-EU citizens can also join the project as sub-contractors?

The rules of access to the market do not apply to subcontractors. Subcontractors are not required to be EU citizens, nor are they required to be established in the European Union, European Economic Area and Stabilisation and Association Agreements countries.
