Technical offer
With reference to the Technical offer, we would like to know if the technical offer is represented by a discursive document in which all the points in the technical annex are developed or it is just a matter of proving compliance with the requirements by supplying only the necessary documents (eg CV, etc.).

The technical offer must contain the methodology and the description of the proposed organisation for the event. See also point 3.3 of the Administrative annex. Please note that the CVs are requested under selection criterion T2.
