Is it necessary to provide evidence of Economic and Financial Capacity (i.e., financial statements for the last two years and turnover statement) with the submission of the tender? For a Consortium, does every partner need to provide evidence of Economic and Financial Capacity?

In line with Point 14 of the Tender Specifications, each member of the consortium must provide the evidence for economic and financial capacity required under Point 15.4.2 of the Tender Specifications.
