Regarding the request “A detailed description of the resources (hardware & software) to be made available for this contract, subject to the contractual clause on subcontracting;” we have the following question
In order to provide you access to all the details (for audit purposes & additional queries), the offer should include also the cost for: - Licenses: database, business intelligence tool; - Dedicated Cloud server hosting (1 year provisioning) ?

If required, the cloud server can be provided by ENISA, as for the costs of databases and business intelligence tools, they should be factored into the total cost of the bid.
