Dear Sir, Madam, receive this new element on 17/06, 7 working days before the deadline submission is not adequate. Some competitors might have mock-ups of the stand already designed and ready. Please confirm you are flexible with the approach proposed on the stand for the purpose of this case study. it will moreover offer DG HOME with more creativity and innovation.

For the case study 1, the contracting authority did not request the bidders to provide a mock-up or concept of the stand. The zigzag exhibition was already foreseen in the case study 1 and therefore the answer provided on the 17/06 is a clarification provided to all bidders at the same time and not a new element.
