Deadline for sublission
In the Instructions to tender it is stated that "Deadline for receipt of tenders by the Contracting Authority is the 15.11.2019". However on the TED platform it is stated that "time limit for receipt of tenders:12/11/2019" Can you please confirm that the Deadline for receipt of tenders by the Contracting Authority is the 15.11.2019

The deadline for submitting the offers is the 15th of November 2019, 23:59 CET. A corrigendum will be published to the OJEU to this end.
