Remote connection
“Is there any infrastructure for remote connection to the systems already in place in the EEAS (VPN, VDI) that can be reused or extended for the contractor access? If not, is there any preferred or standard method for this matter? (whether if it is for security or compliance reasons)”

For Proximity and Near shore services, remote connection to the EEAS environment may be necessary. The practical and technical modalities will be discussed between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, taking in account the respective technical infrastructures as well as the security constraints.
