Quality Assurance & Country Team Members
Are the Quality Assurance Team Members able to play a dual role in the Country Teams and vice versa?

It is foreseen in the tender specifications that a country team member could be member of several country teams re paragraph [180] on page 34. It is not foreseen in the tender specifications that a country team member also could be member of the quality assurance team. Therefore, the answer to the question is that a country team member cannot be a member of the quality assurance team; and vice-versa, a member of the quality assurance team cannot be a member of one or more country teams. Furthermore, paragraph [30] lists key positions, i.e. senior project director, project manager, quality assurance manager, senior expert on mitigation, senior expert on adaptation, and the 28 country team leaders: any person proposed for one of the positions mentioned in paragraph [30] cannot at the same time be proposed for an additional position as country team member (re paragraph [175]) or one of the remaining members of the quality assurance team (re paragraph [185]).
