Service contract II.13.1 Intellectual property rights – Ownership of the rights in the results
Can you please clarify the interpretation of this section? Do the Parties have and/or retain and/or acquire the ownership of the rights in the results equally? We understand that EDA wishes to acquire ownership of the results in order to use them, to distribute them, etc. However, the contributing Parties (the Contractor) shall be able to acquire / retain same rights as EDA on the results. Dispossession of these rights would not be acceptable otherwise. Please confirm.

No, EDA acquires all the rights as from the moment the contractor has created the results.
