Usage rights: Intranet
There is an inconsistency in the Answers. Answer to Question 14 states: "Whenever material from the Service is displayed on Parliament’s intranet…", but the answer to question 5 is that Annex 1. Chapter 3 is "not applicable", so material will not be published on the Intranet. It should be made clear in the Service Contract that material will not be published on the Intranet. Can you agree?

The Contracting authority confirms that no material from Service is published on EP Intranet but whenever it is quoted in EP documents, a copyright notice is included in favor of the contractor.
