The tender specifications document indicates under Section 12,3,2 "Price" different weigthing factor daily rates for junior and senior consultants, working intramural and extramural. This weighing factor (55% for extramural and 45% for intramural services) apparently does not correspond to the actual distribution of the services that the Tender Specifications suggest (e.g. section 9 states "The services shall be perfomed mainly at the contractor's own premises (extramural)". Could you confirm if the weighing factors in section 12.3.2 are correct?

Yes, the weighing factors in section 12.3.2 are correct and are based on previous experience from other tendering processes in order to balance the price between intra- and extramural as for senior and junior consultants.
