Dear Eurofound proc team, from the invitation it is not fully clear if our tender mast be RECEIVED on 1/7 or must be SENT before/on this date (proof: deposit slip of courier service). Can you please explain it to us? Thank you

The deadline for submitting proposals is 01.07.16 at 24.00 (meaning that it can be sent out either before or exactly on the 01.07.16). Not later. The reference to 9:00 to 17:00 is for any tenderers that personally deliver it to Eurofound’s premises as these are the operating hours of our reception where you would have to attain proof of delivery from. The tender must be postmarked on or before the 01.07.16 and may arrive to Eurofound following that date. Only if there was no postmark evident on the envelope i.e. if it would be delivered in person and a stamp/receipt needed to be issued by Eurofound would it have to be delivered within Eurofound business hours.
