Financial proposal
Hello, we have a question regarding the financial proposal: are the 55 000 hours of distance tutoring going to be dispatched amongst the licenses with online tutoring or is it something apart from the licenses?

In our understanding there are three types of licences/packages: 1. Licence without online tutoring (in which case the users can access the system, but there is no tutor/coach assisting the user) 2. Licence with online tutoring (in which case the users can access the system and there is a tutor, who reactively responds to the questions) 3. Licence with online tutoring and coaching (in which case the users can access the system, there is a tutor, who reactively responds to the questions and there is also a coach, who gives an initial phone call and regular follow up calls during the learning period). The coach and the tutor can be the same or different person, just the service is different. The 55.000 hours of distance tutoring will be used at the third type of licences, where the cost of package will consist of ‘licence fee with tutoring’ and the additional distance tutoring hours. These packages (especially regarding the number of hours of distance tutoring and the distribution of the hours) will be established/created with the selected provider.
