Could you please confirm that the PEMS validation procedure is required as of described in Appendix 3 of Regulation 2016/427 "Validation procedure for PEMS".

For the purpose of this procurement procedure, the table detailing the requirements laid down in Regulation 2017/1151 that are needed for RDE data measured according to the Regulation 2017/1151 and for RDE data measured according to “non-legislative protocol" is presented in the updated Technical Specifications uploaded on the website
