Minimum technical requirements in Phase I

Can you explain whether Europol has any current specific requirement for any of the services described in the Call? Or is this simply a more general attempt to solicit contact from suppliers with capabilities meeting some of the general requirements Europol may have in future?

During Phase I (Selection of Candidates) Europol has not set up any minimum technical requirements for the services to be carried out if/when Europol launches a procedure under Phase 2 (the Tendering Phase). All requirements related to the services contracted are presented in the Procurement Documentation published in Phase 2. The purpose of the selection of candidates (Phase I) is to establish a pool of qualified pre-selected candidate companies. This will save time and effort if/when Europol launches a procedure to award a contract.
