Handover
With reference to section “4.2 Technical evaluation” of the Tender Specifications, the tenderer's proposal for a handover will be evaluated taking into account also the “appropriateness of the working environments to be set-up”. Our understanding is that with the term “working environments” you mean that we need to provide information regarding the way the proposed handover team / organisation is structured in order to handover all specific activities to ECDC and/or next service provider. Could you please confirm that our understanding is correct or clarify if not?
