Regarding Req-39 - Once the user consent is withdrawn, should the test results associated to the user be removed, or should they be anonymised?

The solution has to be compliant with data protection laws, particularly with the GDPR (esp. recital 26, article 17). This means, that anonymization can be sufficient if the personal data is rendered anonymous in such a manner that the data subject is no longer identifiable.
