Dear DG EAC, Regarding: 1. the invitation to tender, item 4, where there is the following requirement: "Tenders must be: [...] - Drawn up using the model reply forms in the tender specifications (where applicable)" - what do you mean by model reply forms? and where can we find them, if they are not in the tender specification form or in the documents library? - Is it be necessary use the standard application form (Annex B3) from Practical Guide for EU Public Procurement? Thank you!

Dear Madame, Please notice that the invitation to tender states: ‘Drawn up using the model reply forms in the tender specifications (where applicable).’ Therefore, no model reply form for application shall be used if it is not mentioned in the tender specification. You don’t have to use the Annex B3 from the Practical Guide. Kind regards, DG EAC
