Postal address for delivery of original documents
The Tender specifications indicate that "The hand-signed originals of the declaration on honour must be sent by letter to the contracting authority's postal address indicated under Heading I.1 of the contract notice at the latest on the first working day following the electronic submission of tender." However, the contract notice contains two Headings I.1: one with the address of the European Commission DG GROW and one with the address of the GSA. Could you please clarify to which one of the two addresses the originals should be sent? In case the correct address would be the first one, could you please indicate the Unit to which the hand-signed originals should be sent?
