We noticed that the submission deadline for questions is 20 September, with answers to questions provided no later than 24 September. This means 3 working days before the deadline of submission. May we provide questions at an earlier date and receive answers at a short turn around? If this is not possible, please extend the tender submission deadline with 4 weeks.

The deadline for asking and answering questions is standard and cannot be extended. All other tenderers should have sufficient time before the submission deadline to take note of the answers to a specific question. The deadline for submission of the offers will not be extended.
