Letter of undertaking
We are submitting an application as leaders of a consortium together with one member company. Does this mean that one of us have to fill out the letter of undertaking? If yes, should it in this case state that the member company within the consortium can rely on us as leaders for placing resources at their disposal? Thank you for clarifying.

A letter of undertaking is only required in case the legal entity submitting the applications relies on the financial, professional or technical capacity of another entity. A letter of undertaking is not required for entities members of the consortium.
