Annex 5 - Power of Attorney
In annex 5, Can you confirm that, in the following sentence: “1) To submit a tender as a partner in the group of partners constituted by Company 1, Company 2, Company N, and led by Company 1, in accordance with the conditions specified in the tender specifications and the terms specified in the tender to which this power of attorney is attached.” The term “group of partners” relates to the tenderers only and not to the subcontractors? As a consequence, can you confirm the list “Company 1, Company 2, Company N” should not include the subcontractors?
