Request for clarification regarding the expression of interest

Dear Sir/Madam, Could you kindly explain if this publication asks for a submission of expression of interest by the deadline stated as 22/11/2021? If so, could you kindly indicate the technical criteria, information regarding budget, submission process etc? Thank you for your question. We kindly inform you that this is not an announcement of a call for tenders. It is a publication to announce the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a negotiated low value procedure and allow interested economic operators to express their interest. You can express interest to participate in the planned procedure by clicking on “Express interest” in the eTendering planned call for tenders’ details page. An expression of interest shall not convey any legal right or create a legitimate expectation of award of contract. To express interest you need to provide the following information: Organisation/consortium name, Country, City and address, First name and last name, E-mail, Business sector, Preferred language. The documentation of the actual call for tenders (invitation letter, tender specifications and draft contract) will be provided only to invited candidates when the procedure is launched in eTendering. The Contracting authority reserves the right not to launch the planned procedure or to cancel or abandon, without any right to compensation, any procedure launched on the basis of this publicity.
