Form 4 Selection criteria 3.4
As a potential subcontractor is not into waste management, like sanitary disposables or glass cleaning do we state correctly that this selection criteria is not applicable on them Since they are not processing waste? If not, can you specify why it is necessary that for example glass cleaning company need to have a waste certificate with the minimum DIN norm?

The candidate may rely on the capacity of the subcontractors as explained in the ‘Instructions and conditions applicable to Eurojust procurement procedures’ (Section 4of that document). Documentation related to the technical and professional capacity of the subcontractor should be provided to the extent of the activities that will be subcontracted.
