You write “Based on EEA’s recent level of needs, the total value of the framework service contract, which includes the subsidy from the EEA and the EEA payment for catering meetings, ranges between EUR 1,000,000.00 and EUR 1,200,000.00 (excluding VAT) over a maximum period of 48 (forty-eight) months.” Is it right that the value of the framework includes the subsidy?
