Tender Specs 2.2.5.5 Annual workload estimates for the standard services
Do you confirm that the estimation of the annual workload in man-hours (for instance 90 for the frontoffice) is only the number of hours spent outside office hours in QTM (contrary to what the title of the section suggests, since QTM is not part of the standard service according to 1.14) ? Thank you.

It is correct, the right column gives an indication of work hours outside office hours and outside the standard service contract that will be covered in a separate QTM contract.
