Predmet	Technical Annex 4, §6. Penalty Point System on KPIs
Pitanje	In the case of 18 penalty points (and higher) no other consequence than "Possible termination of FWC" is defined. If the FWC is then not terminated by ECDC will the monthly service fee also be reduced by 8%?
Odgovor	26/01/2018 It is correct, in the situation of 18 or more penalty points and that ECDC would not cancel the FWC, the reduction of payment by 8% would be applied.
