With reference to QA 11&14, “a tenderer must be able to prove that at least 90% of profiles in the evidential past contracts were covered from its own organisation”. In case a FwC has 5 different profiles, how many profiles should the Tenderer have provided in order to cover the requirement of 90% coverage?

Each contract should cover at least 90% profiles in Annex IV. Please note that because this selection criteria raised many questions, we are going to publish an updated version of tender specifications with improved wording.
