Pitanje	We understand that the contractor has to reimburse or pay for travel and accomodation expenses but there is no mention of subsistence allowance or per diem. Can you confirm that subsistence allowances also have to be payed to Chairs and participants (one participant per Member State or EEA-EFTA country)?
