Will it be acceptable to use cloud based (EU) streaming servers rather than on-prem?

The Tender Specifications do not restrict the streaming services to cloud based or on-premises solutions. It is up to the tenderer to propose a solution compliant to all technical requirements. Nevertheless the tenderer must take into consideration the provisions in the Draft Service Contract (Annex LOT III-B) related to protection of personal data and in particular the point I.9.2 of its Special Conditions.
