Lot III. CDN.
Storing content directly in the CDN is an option, although not the only one. Content could be stored as well in a dedicated infrastructure from which the CDN would fetch it for further distribution to end-users. The performance wouldn't be impacted by such a solution that it nowadays used by many broadcasters worldwide. Would it be an acceptable solution for this specific project?

It is up to the Tenderer to propose a CDN architecture that fulfils the technical requirements.
