Contract Manager role
The Technical Specifications, page 13, specify that the contractor should nominate a Contract Manager for each Specific Contract, summarizing the related responsibilities. According to these description, we understand that the Contract Manager responsibilities are fairly similar to the Service Manager profile duties (Annex H). Could you please clarify the differences between both roles?

The service manager in annex I is a role as described in ITIL and not about managing the Framework contract or Specific contracts.
