Lot II 8.3.3 Technical and professional capacityp. 12 - criterion 1
Under that heading, it reads: "As evidence, the Tenderer must provide a list of maximum 15 relevant services...". Are we correct in understanding that e.g. a Specific Contract can be counted as one relevant service? If not, please explain what can be considered as "a service".

It is correct to consider a specific contract as a relevant service if it fulfils the requirements under this criterion.
