Role of Graphical designer for Lot 1
Looking at the task mentioned in Section 1.1.1, we have difficulties understanding what the Graphical designer (mentioned in Selection Criteria 2.7 of Lot 1) will do in the frame of the Lot 1. Could you please precise which task he will have to perform, and which competencies he should master?

All tasks and specific contracts placed under this framework contract will have deliverables. Some of the deliverables might be made public. The deliverables will be assessed on technical content, presentation and clarity as mentioned on page 11 of the Technical specifications.
