With regards to turnover relating to the services associated with the field, what would be the minimum acceptable turnover expected over the last three financial years?

No minimum turnover relating to the services associated with the field is required. However, the candidates are requested in point 14.3. Technical and professional capacity of the specifications, to prove at least an experience in the field of research and development and of developing and implementing solutions similar to those required by the contract.
