Pitanje	on the e-submission guide it is said : "If you consider the tender complete and ready for submission, download the Tender Report (generated by the system), have it signed by the authorised person and upload it in this section.". Does any employee of the tender leader have the authorisation to sign this report or shall it be only someone having the authorisation to sign the annexes ?
Odgovor	29/10/2019 It has to be person(s) authorised legally representing the company (same person who has signed the Annex IV - Declaration on Honour).
