Gas Engine Working hours
Please indicate the estimated effective year working hours to be considerate for each single engine

The estimated working hours are shown for different load scenarios and different layouts in the document "38-P.013273.2004 RE98002.03 - Screening Study". As a rough indication, the forecasts thereby calculated, depending on the number of engines /4 or 5/and on the load scenarios /three different timelines/, vary from 22.500 to 28.500 hours per engine during the first four years of operation. In the existing plant with a layout with 4 engines 1,4 MWe each, the operating hours /four engines/ were between 25.000 to 27.000 per year between 2011 and 2019 (excluding years when a major breakdown of an engine occurred). The actual number of operating hours per engine per year will depend on the operation criteria and on the real loads. Tables showing the working hours during 2019 and 2020 for all existing main machineries were published in the tender documents in reply to another question
