Regarding the evidence documents requested for the "list of relevant services provided in the past three years.." as mentioend in article 2.3.2.3 (Evidence for selection criteria) we understand that a copy of a final payment made by the client or a similiar document complies with the definition of certificate of satisfactory execution. Could you please confirm it?

A copy of final payment cannot be considered as a certificate of satisfactory execution. The certificate of satisfactory execution shall be delivered by the client in writing , specifying that the services or projects have been carried out in a professional manner and have been fully completed.
