Your answer to question n. 1 seems to contradict what expressed in the tender specification and specifically in annex 4. Could you please confirm that only documents listed in Part A of Annex IV should be submitted at the application stage and that documents listed under Part B, specifically, supporting document to the Exclusion and Selection criteria, Legal and Regulatory capacity (LEF and BAF), Financial and Economic capacity and Technical and Professional capacity (CVs), should be only submitted upon request at a later stage? We confirm your interpretation that documents listed in Part A of Annex IV should be submitted with the offer at the application stage and that documents listed under Part B of Annex IV should be submitted upon request at a later stage.
