question concerning the Call for Proposals EASME/EMFF/2016/005 "High resolution seabed mapping"
We would like to know if the subcontractors whose share of the contract is less than 10% of the value of the contract (in case the total value of subcontracting is less than 20% of the value of the contract) must provide any administrative documents for the tender (like the letter of intent, the declaration of honour..)and if so which ones.

In case the total value of subcontracting is less than 20% of the value of the contract, subcontractors whose share of the contract is below 10% of the value of the contract do not have to provide any document. Please also note that this a call for tender and not a call for proposal.
