General Conditions for the framework contract
We understand that §§2, 3 and 4 of article II.18.4 of the General Conditions for the framework contract are not applicable. Does it mean that the contractor is entitled to automatic compensation resulting from early termination of the framework agreement?

Your understanding is incorrect. The second, third and fourth paragraphs of Article II.18.4 fully apply (cf. Article I.11)
