Following the previous question (Number 11).Criteria relating to the tenders (Page 7): It is mentioned that "tenderer must prove that he carried out at least 3 independent analyses of full Life Cycle Assessment studies carried out as peer reviewer" – If our institution has done "peer review" from full LCA published in science journals and we have received satisfactory certificates, that will be enough?
