Evidence A1 must provide references from the projects. Is it asking for the details of the projects: client, scope, budget and client contact details? Or is the client who needs to provide the references for this tender.

As described in 4.2.4, the tenderer should provide references for three projects delivered in these fields demonstrating the required coverage, experience, and knowledge. Details such as those mentioned in the question may be included, as well as a description of the activities, dates, duration, and links to project reports where available. References from the clients are not a pre-requisite to be submitted with the tender but they may, if necessary, be requested at a later stage of the tender evaluation.
