We have to provide for the test case a visual identity. Is this visual identity supposed to be used in addition to EFSA's visual identity? If yes can you provide us with EFSA's visual identity?

The tenderer is requested to propose a branding of this special event. It is an objective of the test case for EFSA to assess the tenderer’s ability to propose a branding that can integrate with EFSA’s visual identity as it can be retrieved by analysing existing materials such as the EFSA website and/or the branding used in previous EFSA conferences.
